Any member in good standing with HBBG.

You will no longer have access to your account, even if you are logged in. Your insurance will also be considered as cancelled, even if you have paid in full. One of our underwriters’ conditions is that you MUST be a HBBG member in good standing. You will no longer have access to HBBG exclusive vendor discounts, as their codes and conditions change monthly.

To change or update your payment information, please login and click on My Account>>My Membership>>Manage>>View Billing
You will be able to change your payment info there.

Insurance

Any member in good standing with HBBG.

It can take between 4 to 7 business days to process your certificate, however your policy is active from date of purchase.

Certificates are normally downloaded through our website. If necessary, you may send an email to insurance@hbbg.ca; however the insurance company only does mailout 4x/year. We have no control over this.

Yes, however coverage is limited to your total sales being below 25% to the US. This is non-negotiable.

Our insurance is meant to cover bath and body creators/makers. We do understand that many also produce candles and have an additional option for candle insurance.

You must have >50% of sales from bath and body products to qualify for our insurance.
